Do you offer free delivery?
We do not offer a free delivery service at present.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
We use a variable shipping method, which calculates the cost of your shipping based on the weight and size of your parcel.
Therefore, the cost of your shipping will increase as the weight of your parcel increases.
When will I receive my parcel?
Please note, as we have recently launched this service order processing times will be longer than normal, therefore your parcel may take up to 5 working days to arrive from the day your order was placed.
What delivery service is used?
We use a ‘trackable’ service to ensure that you receive your parcel and to allow you to track the progress of your order with the delivery company used.

How do I track my order?

What countries do you ship too?
At present we only offer a shipping service to the United Kingdom only.
Why is there no delivery option for my order at checkout?
Please note, at present, certain items are not available for delivery due to the size or fragile nature of those items. These include Ghar mandirs and murtis.

What happens if items are missing or damaged from my order?

Can I change the delivery address of my order once the order has been placed?
